By using pollariproductions.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. They govern website use. Production work is additionally governed by the written booking agreement and quote issued for each project; where a signed agreement exists, it prevails over these general terms for that project.
Pollari Productions provides photography, videography, aerial (drone) media and post-production services. Descriptions of services and turnaround times on the Site are indicative; a binding offer arises only from a written quote, and a booking arises only from a signed agreement and deposit where applicable.
You agree to provide accurate project information, secure any required permissions for locations (including homeowner or venue approval), and make the property, products or event accessible at the agreed time. For aerial work, you confirm you have authority to request filming at the address provided.
Delivered media come with the usage rights defined in your booking agreement — typically broad rights for marketing and personal use. Raw footage, exclusivity and buyout arrangements require explicit agreement. We retain the right to use selected work for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.
Site content (text, design, images, logos) belongs to Pollari Productions or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, illness, venue denial, equipment failure mitigated by backup gear where feasible).
Site content is provided for information and may change without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Do not use the Site in ways that could harm, disable or compromise it, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content through the enquiry form.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. Any dispute arising from use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arkansas.
